Gift Card Policy
GIFT CARD POLICY:
Issuance & Value
- Tile Addic Gift Cards are available in pre-set or custom values (when available) and are delivered digitally via email.
- They can be purchased directly through our online store and are valid for use exclusively at www.tileaddic.com.au.
Redemption:
- Gift Cards may be used to purchase any product available on our website, including tile collections, tools, and accessories.
- Enter your unique code at checkout to apply the value to your order.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Expiry & Balance:
- Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Remaining balances can be used across multiple transactions until the full value is redeemed.
- You can check your balance through your original gift card email or by contacting us directly.
Returns & Refunds:
- Items purchased with a Gift Card may be returned according to our standard Returns Policy.
- Refunds for returned items will be issued as store credit or reinstated on your original Gift Card.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
- Treat your Gift Card like cash. If lost or stolen, contact us at info@tileaddic.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist — however, replacements may not be guaranteed.
Limitations:
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- They are only valid for Australian customers and cannot be applied to international orders.
