How to Order Your 5 Tile Samples for $20 in 5 Easy Steps

1. Add Sample Box to Cart

Add 1 quantity of the TILE ADDIC SAMPLE BOX to the cart.

2. Browse, Select & Add to Cart

Pick your favourite tiles and slabs—add one of each to your cart, with a maximum of 5 in total. **

3. Enter Shipping Details

Enter your shipping address to unlock delivery options. All eligible FREE shipping methods should auto-select. If they don’t, tap “More shipping options” and manually tick every FREE delivery option until your cart shows FREE shipping and your checkout total hits $20. ***

4. Review & Pay

Choose your preferred payment method and complete your order.

5. Order Review

Once your order is received, our team will review it promptly. If anything’s unavailable—like an out-of-stock item—we’ll reach out with tailored alternatives to keep your order moving.

 

** If your selected slab sample isn’t in stock, we’ll reach out to offer suitable alternatives and help you find the perfect match.

*** If your cart total exceeds $20, you’ve likely added more than 5 tile samples. Please adjust your selection to include up to 5 tiles plus one sample box (your cart in this case will show 6 items total). Need more than 5 samples? Simply place a separate order with an additional sample box.

Please note: When ordering sample boxes, you acknowledge that each sample is a small cut—approximately 100x100mm—not a full tile or slab. These are designed to give you a feel for the finish, not the full format.

Don’t worry if your order shows multiple shipments. All samples will arrive together in a single delivery, so you can review everything at once.

Sample Notice: Tile samples are intended to showcase general colour and finish. Please note that they may not be from the same production batch as your final order. As a result, slight variations in tone, texture, or pattern may occur between samples and delivered tiles.
